CJHA Horse Show Registration Instructions
1. All competitors must be current year members of CJHA. The Membership Application must be completed, SIGNED and returned with payment to CJHA prior to registering for any classes.
You must list at least one horse in order to be issued a back number.
2. Review the Class List/Schedule and the show book to determine which classes to enter. Verify that you are eligible to compete in the class and that you have
allotted sufficient time to prevent scheduling conflicts, a class can only be held for a few minutes for tack changes or trainer conflicts.
3. Fill out the Registration Form completely, and mail with show fees at least a week prior to the show in order to qualify for the Pre-Entry
discount. You can find your correct back number in the report under show info to the left. Registration is necessary for each show
entry
4. Save time at the show --- Current Members may register on-line. This is the PREFERED method
of registration. On-line registration closes at noon on the Friday before the show. You may pre-pay on-line with PayPal
($2 service fee applies) or you can pay in person on show day. Credit Cards are only accepted via PayPal and must be received
by mid-night Friday.
5. You must have a separate number for each horse you ride. If you are already a
member you can register your new horse on-line. You only need to use the horse registration form for new horses not previously
listed on your membership application.
